Pitch 4 Change

Ace International Business School held a business idea challenge titled “Pitch 4 Change” for its Undergraduate students with the objective of generating innovative ideas to meet the needs of today’s world from July 15 to August 20. It is unfortunate that this had to take place virtually, but at the same time, we are thankful that this even was made possible. We are extremely happy that all the participants gave their best as a result of which 8 innovative ideas came into existence.

Ace International Business School “Career Placement Day 2021”

With the objective of preparing the outgoing cohort of Ace Graduate and Undergraduate students for their professional careers, Ace International Business School conducted “Career Placement Day 2021” from 29th Nov to 3rd of December, 2021 for its graduating students. On Dec 6, the final and most important day of the program, the students appeared for interviews with participating organizations.
Like always, this year too, it was a successful event.
Best wishes to all Acers for their new steps towards professional career. We cannot wait to witness you achieving new heights!

Guest Session on “Qualitative and Quantitative Research and Business Issues

The guest session on “Qualitative and Quantitative Research and Business Issues” was successfully conducted. This session was led by Mr. Hem Krishna Shrestha, Manager, FACTS Research and Analytics Pvt .Ltd.
It was an insightful and interactive session.
We would like to take this time to thank Mr. Hem for taking his time out to share his learnings and experiences with the students.

Induction Program for the New Cohort of MBA Fall 2021

The induction program for the new Cohort of MBA Fall 2021 was successfully conducted from December 17 to 22, 2021. The sessions included:

Pitch 4 Change

Ace International Business School is organizing a Business Idea Contest titled “Pitch 4 Change” which aims to encourage innovative ideas that meet the needs of today’s world. The competition is open to BBA students of Ace International Business School.

To be eligible to register in this contest

  • You need to be currently studying BBA at Ace International business School
  • You should form a group of 3 members
  • Have a realistic, feasible and innovative business idea.

The contest will be divided into two rounds Preliminary Round and Final Round.

The details of the two rounds are as given below:
Preliminary Round

  • Contestants need to make a formal presentation to pitch their idea in a maximum of 5 PowerPoint Slides.
  • The date of presentation is Monday August 16, 2021.The time schedule for the presentation will be provided on August 12, 2021.
  • A total of 10 groups from the Preliminary Round will be shortlisted by Tuesday, August 17, 2021.

Final Round

  • Contestants need to upload a recorded video presentation of their business idea and share the link.
  • The total duration of the presentation is strictly limited to 3 minutes.

The deadline of the final Video Presentation submission is 8 PM, Friday, August 20, 2021. Final Result will be declared on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, with cash rewards to the Winner, First Runner Up and Second Runner Up.

We request all the interested students to register along with their group member names with the respective Program Office through an email by July 9, 2021, Friday. Please note that any registration after this date will not be accepted.

Session on Digital Marketing and Personal Branding: Techniques to Sell Better and Grow Faster

Ace successfully conducted a fruitful session on “Digital Marketing and Personal Branding: Techniques to Sell Better and Grow Faster” by Raj Goodman Anand for its students of both Ace Institute of Management and Ace International Business School. The session took place today, Monday, April 19, 2021, through a virtual platform, keeping in mind the current situation we are in. All the participants were delighted to be able to interact with Mr. Anand and be a part of the insightful session focused on Personal Branding, Embracing the digital growth we are currently facing with an emphasis on the importance of a website leading to conversion, email marketing, and SEO.

We are extremely grateful to Mr. Anand for taking his time out to share his valuable experiences with the participants.

Physical Classes resume after a year

After a year of being hit by the pandemic and completely shutting down physical classes and operating online, Ace has reopened for students in both the Campuses, Ace Institute of Management, New Baneshwor and Ace International Business School, Sinamangal. After the testing times we all went through in year 2020, we are excited to welcome our students to the college premises. We hope that you are equally as excited as we are.

As the impact of COVID in our lives and work unfolds, and as we endeavor to learn newer ways to effectively overcome the challenges, we are grateful to Mr. Anil Kumar for agreeing to discuss and share ideas with our MBA students on “Impact of COVID Pandemic on Marketing Communication & Media Choices for Marketers”. This discussion and idea sharing session will revolve around:

A quick snapshot on how media is measured and what marketers necessarily need to be cognizant of.
Disruptions in media habits of consumers across different segments and consequent shifts in relevance of media types.
Marketers response to these changes: in the immediate and in the long run.
