He is adept at managing projects, developing strategies, and fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
Bikash is currently engaged in multiple roles, including serving as an Adjunct Faculty at Ace International Business School, where he teaches ethics and responsible leadership, and as the Chief Strategist and Innovator at Digital Sangalo Pvt. Ltd., focusing on leveraging big data and generative AI for societal benefit. He also supervises thesis projects at SIAM University, Thailand.
