Mr. Pradhan has a Master’s degree in Management with a specialization in Strategic Human Resource Management. His primary interest is in management strategisation and contextual factors in organizational learning. He has both national and international experience managing projects and programmes of varied scope and range. As a Human Resources Strategist and Advisor, an online columnist, OD Process Specialist with more than two decades of progressive work experience in the consulting industry, he has been actively involved in the field of human resource consulting, organizational assessments and reviews, institutional and OD interventions for various organizations (bilateral, multilateral, private and public corporations) primarily focusing on human processual approaches and techno- structural interventions in organizations. His other engagement has been in the area of professional training, Executive counselling and facilitating various learning programmes and competency development programmes for mid to senior level managers and development practitioners in Nepal and abroad. He has been in the academic realm for more than two decades of teaching Executive MBA and MBA programs and have served as guest lecturer and thematic expert in various business colleges. He has co- authored and edited a number of management book.
