I am an enthusiastic academic personal, working as a assistant professor at different campus of Tribhuvan University for above 15 years. I have recently completed MPhil and hold Master’s degree in Economics and Rural Development from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. I have been teaching as faculty and visiting lecturer of Economic Development, Micro and Macro Economics, Research Methodology, Natural Resources Management and Gender and Development in different top level colleges in Kathmandu. Currently, I have been teaching as full time faculty at Bhaktapur Multiple campus, visiting lecturer of Central Department of Rural Development, TU and faculty of International Economic Issues and Challenges at ACE International Business School, affiliated to GCU, UK.
I have also served as the faculty coordinator, head of department, TU representative for a campus, member of TU Subject Committee, Scrutiny board member, Course developer, Moderator and Facilitator in TU.
I have co-authored a couple of book in Economic development and planning and published dozens of scholarly article in national level peer-reviewed journals and co-authored couple of article in international Q-2 ranked journal as well. I have a book related to Gender and Development on the publication pipeline. I have conducted some field based research supported by Tribhuvan University and some municipalities too. My writing and research areas are on the field of Resource management, agriculture, remittance, livelihood and development focusing inclusive development.
