Right now, at Ace, I feel like a butterfly mid-transformation. I came in wrapped in uncertainty, but I’m discovering my wings one moment at a time. The people, the growth, the space to evolve- it’s all shaping wonderfully into the person I’m becoming. I haven’t taken off yet, but I know the best part of the flight lies ahead.
